Important buildings make important statements, these high-rises belong to the Icelandic Chamber of Commerce, is it just me or does this building look a bit like a collection of fingers? The picture is taken across Iceland busiest intersection. During rush hour it can take up to 10 minutes to cross!! Watch out New York there is a new king city of congestion
