When the lights go out or need to be fixed the police needs to step in and take action. Amazing how they manage to look cool but still have this Village People look about them.

Hot Spot part II

About 40 minute drive South West of ReykjavÃk youâ€™ll find quite the hot spot named KrÃsuvÃk. There are no geysers there but hissing steam comes out of the earth, boiling clay springs, boiling water springs and the (not so) sweet smell of sulphur fills the air.

World champions !

With great pride Blogging Reykjavik can announce that Iceland has just won the world championships in Ice hockey !! Ok So Iceland won the division III world championship which is the lowest division available, however we did beat Ice hockey internationals such as Turkey, Ireland, Armenia and Luxemburg. We'll bring you more pictures, especially for those who have never seen a Turkish Ice hockey player before.
