Some people are just plain unlucky, like this news reporter hurrying back to the station. Driving the wrong way out of a one-way street in front of a Policeman and 2 SWAT members he hits a car.

Yesterday August 12 2006 Gay Pride parade marched down central Reykjavik for the 8th time. About 30 000 people came to the event which is considerable increase since the parade early days, in the first parade eight years ago only 27 people showed up. Now proud gays of all social standings marched in the parade. As to bee expected it was quite a colourful and lively event.
In front of the parade were motorcycles, then dancers and last but not least floats of all kinds.     -Kitty all right reserved- |
