Capital area @ night

ReykjavÃk Capital area can be very nice at nighttime. Travelling in Reykjavik at night you donâ€™t have to be scared of the dark because in Iceland we produce so much electricity that we donâ€™t know what to do with it all, so we tend to light all kinds of buildings, art work and almost everything you can think of.
Every road has streetlight with no more than 10 meters apart, that applies to our main streets and to smaller residetial areas even unmanned streets that run for 20 km (12,5 miles) between towns

What a fabulous collection of pictures. It was so interesting to see not just the usual tourist photos, but photos of Icelandic society. Thank you so much for all your efforts, I really enjoyed looking.
