On the tip of a peninsula wedged between the ocean and the delta of a large river (Ölfusá) lies the restaurant <a href="http://hafidblaa.is/english" title="ocean blue">The Blue ocean</a>. These pictures show an old style "verðbúð" a place where fishermen would spend their fishing season, fishing, eating, sleeping and preparing for fishing again.
